Well Arranged Home is Seeking Part-Time Organizers in Toronto, Ontario.

As a professional organizer with Well Arranged Home, you’ll work directly with clients to transform their spaces into beautifully organized, functional areas. You’ll be responsible for sorting, categorizing, and creating custom solutions that fit each client’s unique needs. While experience is preferred, it’s not required—we’re looking for individuals with a great eye for design, a passion for organizing, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Daytime availability (9am-4pm, Monday-Friday) at least 3 days a week
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Compassionate, great listener, and professional in demeanor
  • Physically able to handle tasks like lifting or moving items
  • Ability to haul donation items or products in your own vehicle
  • Natural eye for style and design, with the ability to create functional and beautiful organization systems
  • Understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative to keep projects moving
